This plugin provides persistent project memory for Claude Code by maintaining a markdown journal that loads at session start and captures sessions at their end, allowing the agent to pick up where you left off without re-reading the codebase. Decisions are recorded as ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) and everything stays in a plain-text `journal/` folder with no external database or service required.
