skill-forge generates markdown-based skills that get prompt-injected into personas and sub-agents, with lifecycle management (create, grade, promote across scopes) and linter-enforced safety gates against prompt injection and secrets. It shares a four-scope structure (task/session/project/user) with the sister forge plugin and integrates via MCP server tools, auto-grading skill usage from LLM outputs and logging all events to a tenant core audit chain.
