The carrel-mail plugin extends the carrel CLI to manage email archives by saving attachments, splitting mbox files into individual messages, and grouping messages into threads, with support for converting Outlook .pst exports. Email files (eml/mbox) become first-class desk files that can be indexed, searched, packed, referenced, and processed through the Read guard.
