reflect
reflect is a session-local metacognition harness that monitors reverted suggestions in Claude Code and hands recent history to Opus 4.7 when a pattern is detected (≥3 reverts within 10 tool calls), injecting structured reasoning guidance into the next turn via path-scoped rule injection. It watches git reverts, file deletions, and user utterance negations through hooks, fires a background API call when weighted signals cross a threshold, and stores guidance in an ephemeral `.reflect/session-guidance.md` file that is auto-loaded and deleted at session end.
