refine-gate
refine-gate is a UserPromptSubmit hook for Claude Code that detects unbound references and ambiguous work requests, then injects a /refine skill to build binding tables, separate symptoms from goals, and select execution strategies from 15 research-backed approaches with counter-evidence. It also runs as a portable Agent Skill on Codex and Gemini CLI, with automatic gating limited to Claude Code and token overhead capped at 400 tokens per injection.
