This plugin authors Conventional Commits and enforces them through a PreToolUse deny-hook that validates every git commit message against a configurable vocabulary from .brokenrobot-xyz/commits.json or vanilla Conventional Commits defaults. When you ask Claude to commit, the skill stages logical changes and writes conforming messages; the hook blocks any non-conforming commits before they land, whether or not the skill was invoked.
