phi-guard is a write-time client-data check for BlueStep (B6P) projects that prevents agents from accidentally writing personally identifiable information like phone numbers, email addresses, and record titles into files that get committed. It works as an opt-in, per-machine hook for Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex that blocks problematic writes and prompts agents to rewrite with placeholders instead.
