This plugin hooks into Claude Code's permission system to log each tool call's approval verdict (allow/ask/deny) and execution time for measuring classifier costs. The telemetry data is written to JSON files in ~/.claude/classifier-telemetry/ and can be indexed by the claude-code:session tool for analysis.
