This Claude Code plugin uses TypeSafe's Jev system-one decision model to pick at most one skill per prompt and attach its documentation, keeping the full skill listing accessible by name so users can still load other skills when needed. It falls back to Claude Code's built-in classifier when no API key is set, and preserves bundled skills and project-level skill descriptions to avoid breaking skill chains or project rules.
