claude-voice-cue installs a native Claude Code hook that plays an audible cue the moment Claude needs user input, such as tool approval or plan review. The plugin uses macOS afplay for sub-100ms latency on Mac, and falls back to platform-native TTS (espeak on Linux, SAPI on Windows) elsewhere, with zero runtime dependencies.
