This Claude Code mod loads nested AGENTS.md files when Claude modifies files through Bash, Edit, or Write operations, extending behavior beyond the built-in agents-md mod which only loads them on Read. It tracks which guidance files have been delivered to avoid duplicates and respects project-level CLAUDE.md configuration.
