skillopt-sleep
This plugin runs an offline self-improvement cycle at session end, harvesting past Claude Code interactions to identify recurring tasks and replay them locally to refine the agent's consolidated CLAUDE.md memory and SKILL.md skill definitions behind a held-out validation gate. Changes are staged for human review and only go live when explicitly adopted via `/skillopt-sleep adopt`, with a mock backend enabled by default to avoid API costs.
