self-message
alberduris ★ 20
Self-Message enables Claude Code agents to send themselves continuation messages mid-session, allowing reframing, phase transitions, and course correction without user intervention. A Stop hook intercepts the agent's natural end_turn, reads any queued self-message, and feeds it back as context to start a fresh agentic loop while preserving full session history.
